All defected HP supplies (DOA) must be returned in their original packing with the same serial number or relevant expiry date . If these conditions are met we will replace the DOA immediately or issue a CN for the amount .

DOA without the original packing will be sent to Dubai pending acceptance by HP and replaced after CN issued from Dubai if accepted .

Dabbous is not responsible for any warranty or repairs needed to any IPG or PSG products sold by us or by our resellers . TONER:
Every Toner has a matching serial number printed on the outer box & embossed on the front of the toner . The serial number should be the same . If it is different then the toner is refilled and packed in a counterfeit HP outer box.

INK JET CARTRIDGE
Every ink jet Cartridge has an install before date printed on the outer box and another date printed on the back of the cartridge in white . The inner date should be 6 month LATER than the outer date.
For example if the outer box says FEB 2007 than the inner date MUST say 2007/08 . If the date is anything else like 2004 or 2005 or even 2006 then the cartridge is refilled and packed in a counterfeit HP packing
