WARRANTY , SALES , & RETURNS POLICY We at AM Dabbous & Dabbous Mega Supplies s.a.r.l. have the best interest of our customers in mind and we try our best to offer them full protection . However the below policies should be observed to ensure a smooth and fair relationship: RMA POLICY on HP & all other ink supplies : All defected ink supplies (Dead On Arrival ) must be returned in their original packing with the same serial number or relevant expiry date . If these conditions are met we will replace the DOA immediately or issue a CN for the amount. DOA without the original packing will be sent to UAE pending acceptance by the vendor and replaced after CN issued from our suppliers if accepted ( it can take 3-6 month ) WARRANTY & EXCHANGE for RMA products 1 year EXCHANGE or Free Repair warranty : Seiko , & Sax . Warranty if product is defected on the very first use ( DOA ) : Sunwood , Citizen , Uni1 , Jetion , and various stationery products . Warranty as per vendors policy : Sandisk , WD , & Imation flash drives . NO Warranty : HP , Imation , & MaxTec optical discs & back up tapes SALES POLICY - Sales are restricted to resellers . We highly recommend end users to contact our authorized resellers listed in the Contact Us page . - Prices include free ( next day ) delivery and same day for urgent orders . - All our prices are subject to a certain wholesale discount and to VAT except for re-export. - Prices & specifications are subject to change without any prior notice EXCHANGE POLICY Goods can be returned or exchanged under the below rules : 1: They are unused and returned in their original packing intact and as if brand new . 2: When expiry date applies returned goods must have minimum 9 month before their expiry . 3: Less than 3 month have passed since invoice date . 4: Item still within our product range and not discontinued . We will issue a CN for the amount . Value will be determined on whatever is lower of the current price or purchase price . HOW TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN FAKE & ORIGINAL HP SUPPLIES HP TONER: Every Toner has a matching serial number printed on the outer box & embossed on the front of the toner . The serial number should be the same . If it is different then the toner is refilled and packed in a counterfeit HP outer box. HP INK JET CARTRIDGE: Every ink jet cartridge has an expiry date printed on the outer box and another date printed on the back of the cartridge in white . The outer date should match the one inside . For example if the outer box says FEB 2011 than the inner date MUST say 2011/02 . If the date is anything else like 2008 , 2009 , or even 2010 then the cartridge is refilled and packed in a counterfeit HP packing . |
